Thanks for your efforts dear Anas, you really are putting alot of effort for this subject.

But I would like to comment since I have the time now.
First, I will start with this post, and I will comment of the rest later on.

To make things clear, I am a woman, I assume successful and social, I live my life, and a small circle of my surroundings know and deal with me pretty much normally, since they knew me before I came out. That was just to clear things out.

Now, regarding this post, and in connection with you research on other's blogs, and also starting with Razan's blog, someone mentioned that you had something in mind, and went searching for IT, then I assure you my friend, whether you find IT or not, you will form IT. This post has to do with this fact. Notice that the names you quoted are not the most popular in their culture, this is one. Two, you mainly depended on right wing thinkers and activists, and we all know what right wing is, and on sport players, which I find very strange becase this is like quoting an Arab against the establishment of Israel.

You forgot to mention that falwell also condemned Gays, Lesbians, and Feminists (mixing lesbians with feminists) and blamed them for the 9/11 attacks, isn't that fun?
But here's what happened later: http://archives.cnn.com/2001/US/09/14/Falwell.apology/

Hearst on the other hand is a well known NFL player, a famous sports man, and I don't find it strange coming out of him as a sports man to fiercfully attack homosexuality and specially male homosexuality and gays, for the simple fact that sports culture requires a well framed stereotyped form of masculinity, therefore bieng a gay man in a sports team is pretty much like being a female smith in a hair dresser salon.
Hearst also was sarcastic of gays, in and out side his team, and of the gay culture it self, but, this is also what happened after
http://www.outsports.com/nfl/20021123eserahearstfollow.htm

Anita Bryant.. I would have chosen someone less double faced, in other words, I wouldn't have given the honor of quoting to a "business woman".. and here's also a better explanation with several replies that reflect what people really thought of the beliefs she promoted:
http://www.tmz.com/2008/11/28/scary-juice-lady-anita-bryant-memba-her/

As for the famouse Dr. Laura, I will quote to you what NNDB objectively writes about her, first, and to be short, she's also a radio show personality and has a famous show in the US, yet, and probably that is why it is famous, she is a woman of out and going extramarital affairs however, finds her way to advice others about their marriage.
"Schlessinger married a dentist when she was 25, and had at least two extramarital affairs before they were divorced. Her first radio appearance was in 1974, as a caller on Bill Ballance's show in Los Angeles. She became a regular caller, and later a guest on Ballance's show, as he became her mentor in radio, and her first known extramarital affair.

After a few years with Ballance, Schlessinger began the program that still runs today as The Dr. Laura Show, although she is neither a medical doctor nor a psychologist. Her PhD is in physiology -- a degree which has nothing to do with human interpersonal relations. Critics of her show point out the ethics of using a degree in one field to imply credibility in another."

While in your Quote Anas, she says "I want to coin a phrase here, and I don’t mind help. What would be the communication version of “ethnic cleansing?” Because that’s what in particular the homosexual activists try to do", she in another quote says "If you're gay or a lesbian, it's a biological error that inhibits you from relating normally to the opposite sex. The fact that you are intelligent, creative and valuable is all true. The error is in your inability to relate sexually intimately, in a loving way to a member of the opposite sex -- it is a biological error". How does she explain her self, or probably you would like to explain her contradiction in attacking homosexuals on on day, and then refering their homosexuality to a biological error?

I hope you noticed in this reply the on purpose adopted method, which is that I basically was searching for what I can contradict you with. To be more clear, I can bring an endless list of qoutations of gay men and women, successful in their lives as well, political leaders, well known business people, and celebrities of all kinds.
I hope by this, the process of declaring our sin on side would take a more rational method, rather than searching for what you want, search for what is there.

The first quote reminded me of a comedy bit on Ellen Degenere's stand-up, "The Beginning"...

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xBhVcIpVmfs

[...]some people say, marriage is a union between a man and a woman, and it's always been that way and it should always remain that way, if we change it and it's between two people of the same sex, then what's next? someone could marry an animal. That's where they go to right away...
These people scare me, and they think we're weird...
I don't wanna marry a goat... I really don't...
I can't imagine marrying a goat, I can't even imagine dating a goat. Getting to the point that you're that serious, to make that kind of commitment.[...]
I would think that would be a tough day, even for the most liberal parents, the day you bring the goat home. "Mom, Dad, this is Billy, We are in love."[...]
